Cancellation & Refunds

Cybinix is a software services company, not a product webshop. This page explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for custom digital work.

1. No physical product returns

Cybinix does not sell physical products through this website. For that reason, a traditional product return policy does not apply.

2. Project cancellation before work starts

If a project is cancelled before work begins, Cybinix may refund any amount paid minus any non-recoverable administrative, preparation, or booking costs where these were clearly communicated in advance.

3. Project cancellation after work has started

If a project is cancelled after work has started, Cybinix may invoice work already completed, hours already spent, purchased third-party costs, and any reserved project capacity where reasonable.

4. Deposits and advance payments

If a deposit or advance payment is required, whether that amount is refundable depends on the stage of the project and the terms agreed in the quotation or service agreement.

5. Custom digital work

Custom design and development work is tailored to the client’s request. Because time and creative effort are invested specifically for the project, full refunds are generally not appropriate once work has materially begun.

6. How to request cancellation

Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to info@cybinix.com. Please include your name, company name, project reference, and reason for cancellation.

7. Complaints and goodwill solutions

If you are dissatisfied with part of the service, please contact Cybinix first. In many cases an adjustment, correction, or agreed revision is a better solution than cancellation.
